The proposed site will be on the north shore of Oahu located in Mokuleia on a pristine 32 acre oceanfront parcel zoned agricultural.

This self-sustaining community using off grid EMB technology, not only has the ability to produce electricity, but other environmental applications as well.

Phase 1 This phase consists of purchasing land, consulting with architects and builders, appropriating permits for construction, etc… to start the project.

Phase II consists of building green houses and preparing land to farm organic food. We will also have dairy cows for raw dairy consumption and free range chickens for raw eggs. Underground wells will be utilized for consumption and irrigation, as this technology is able to desalinize salt water.

Phase III consists of building an education center dealing in self-sustainable living. Living facilities will also be constructed for those who wish to stay on the property for hands on training to empower and take this knowledge back to their communities. The community will use a common sense approach to living at one with nature and all her resources.

Phase IV consists of taking this model to other parts of the world for global healing of our planet. Our goal is oneness with the earth. Clean sustainable energy is the first step towards oneness with our planet. Before there were industrialized nations there were villages, communities whose very survival was based on respect for our planet and respect for all things on it.

Marketing Lyrae Star Systems will commercialize clean technology and provide new revenue streams for private, commercial and industrial customers worldwide. We will use this prototype of a self sustaining community to show the world that it no longer needs to be dependant on local utility for electric and water services. Al and Kathryn have excellent marketing skills developed from owning and operating their own business's for many years. We also have a skilled team of marketing consultants set up for growth of the company.

Competition No one else is using this technology in America today. There are many companies producing clean energy on a smaller scale but none like this. For example one would have to cover huge land areas with solar cells and wind turbines which are not possible in industrialized countries. Biofuels still harm the environment. Lyrae Star Systems has no intention to replace the local utility companies, just level the playing field. So there really is no competition just options.
